Generally speaking, 1 to 3 free samples (excluding customization) are available for standard ready-molded bottles, and customers only need to bear the shipping cost; some customized samples may be subject to a proofing fee.
2. Does the free sample include a spray tip or cap?
Standard pump heads and caps are usually included. If there is a specific matching requirement (such as plating nozzle, special material bottle cap), it needs to be stated in the application, which may involve a small fee.
3. What capacities of small sample bottles are available?
The common sample bottle capacity is 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 30ml, 50ml, 100ml, and you can choose the structure of roller ball bottle, spray bottle, dropper bottle and so on.
4. Can the free samples be customized with color or logo printing?
Generally, free samples do not include custom logos and colors, and are only used to confirm the shape and structure of the bottle. If customized samples are required, a proofing fee is usually charged (which can be deducted from the official order).
5. How long does it take to receive the free samples?
Sample preparation time is about 2-5 working days, shipping time depends on customer’s location (DHL/UPS/FedEx Express 3-7 days range).
