1. Design and molding

2. Furnace Material Handling

The main raw materials we use to make glass perfume bottles are quartz sand, soda ash, limestone and crushed glass. These raw materials are mixed according to a certain ratio and then batching is done. The size of the dosage ratio depends on the design of the perfume bottle and the production volume.

These raw materials are then subjected to a high temperature of 1500°C to fully evaporate the water, the organic matter is burnt off and the remaining part is melted to form molten glass. Finally, it is cooled to a certain viscosity, ready for molding.

3. Blow glass forming processes

There are specific processes that need to be carried out if we want glass to be formed into the shape we need. Using the blow molding or compression molding method, a preliminary bottle is formed by injecting glass liquid into a mold.

4. Annealing Processes in Glass perfume Bottle Manufacturing

After the glass is molded at high temperatures, the internal structure is in a state of stress, and if it is not annealed, the bottle may crack, burst, or break with a tap on the “brittle feeling”.

In the annealing process, the molded glass bottle will enter a long “annealing furnace”; then held in a high temperature zone (about 500-600 ° C) for a certain period of time, so that the internal and external temperature uniformity; slow cooling (usually 10-30 minutes), so that the stress release;
